• During collection launches or peak times, processing may take slightly longer.

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• UK Orders: Please allow 2–3 weeks from your order date for delivery.

• International Orders: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on location and customs processing.

These timeframes include production and shipping.
